    The First 1,000 Words

    Writing is a form of marketing, whether we admit it or not.

    Every piece of writing is an invitation into a way of seeing the world.

    But short-form content has trained many of us to think in fragments.
    * Hooks instead of arguments.
    * Snippets instead of substance.
    * Endless output without depth.

    The First 1,000 Words is for writers, creatives, and thought-leaders who are burned out on short-form performance and ready to deepen their work.

    This workshop is about learning how to stay with an idea long enough to expand it, shape it, and give both the writing and the reader room to roam.

    Which in turn allows you to slow down and breathe into your thoughts, making sure your words mean something, allowing space to connect with your reader. Making your writing worth stopping for and not just scrolling on by.

    This isn’t about writing faster.

    It’s about building the muscles required to think more deeply on the page.

    In this masterclass, you’ll learn:
    – how long-form writing strengthens your ability to persuade, teach, and lead
    – how to expand a single idea into a full, breathable piece of content
    – how to work with resistance, distraction, and the urge to abandon an idea too early
    – how long-form content quietly prepares you for books—without forcing that outcome.

    This space welcomes all forms of long writing:
    Personal essays, Substack posts, blog pieces, book drafts, spiritual reflections, thought leadership, and work that doesn’t yet know what it’s becoming.

    You don’t need to want to write a book.
    You don’t need to publish anything immediately.
    You only need a willingness to give your ideas more room than a caption allows.

    The first 1,000 words aren’t about finishing. Though your aim will be to have as close to a finished piece as possible.

    They’re about proving to yourself and your reader that your ideas are worth staying with.

    If you want to warm up and stretch your writing muscles, come attend the First 1000 words 5-day event - Cost of admission is $27
